THE LATIN MASS BOX

TO TRAIN AND
INSPIRE PRIESTS

This box contains everything a priest needs to celebrate his first Low Mass according to the 1962 Missal

We're thrilled to announce an important update that brings us closer to our mission of doubling Latin Masses. As you may know, we've developed an online course and a comprehensive Latin Mass Box that includes everything a priest needs to celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass according to the 1962 missal. Initially, the cost of this box was set at almost $800, reflecting the high quality and custom nature of each item. However, we've made a significant decision to reduce the price to just $499.

As a non-profit organization, our primary goal is to increase Latin Masses. A price tag cannot become an obstacle to this mission. By lowering the price, we aim to remove that barrier, allowing more priests to learn the Traditional Latin Mass. While the true cost of the box exceeds the new price, our many generous supporters give us the confidence to step forward in an act of faith and lower the price.

Right now, you can play an even greater role in increasing the presence of the Latin Mass. Together, we can ensure that no priest is held back from learning this sacred liturgy due to financial constraints. Your support, whether through purchasing a box, making a donation, or spreading the word, directly contributes to the revitalization of the Traditional Latin Mass. Let's continue this mission together, bringing the richness of our liturgical heritage to more people, one Latin Mass at a time.

Each box includes

  • 1962 Roman Altar Missal
  • Custom Handmade Travel Altar Cards
  • Engraved Altar Card Stands
  • Leather Altar Card Traveling Case
  • Custom Handmade Reversible Maniple (special vestment not often worn in the New Mass)
  • Sacred and Great: A Brief Introduction to the Traditional Latin Mass by Dr. Joseph Shaw
  • Mass of the Ages bookmarks designed by Baritus Catholic
  • Vesting prayers

*each box can be purchased at the full price of $749 or the donor assisted price of $499, with the difference in cost covered by our generous donors

The 1962 Missal has been approved by all the popes since Vatican II.

After the release of the New Mass, Pope St. Paul VI allowed priests in England and Wales to use the 1962 Missal. Pope St. John Paul II expanded these permissions so that any bishop could approve it. He also established priestly societies who exist to celebrate the Latin Mass, like the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) and the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest (ICKSP). Pope Benedict XVI expanded these permissions to any priest anywhere in the world.

While these universal permissions for diocesan priests were removed by Pope Francis, the priestly societies still continue to grow. 2/3 of Bishops worldwide haven't restricted any Latin Masses in their dioceses.
